Connect Six Company Rally Sunday, August 17,2003 Prepared for 20 clothed	Marinated BBQ Veggies, SQ'rd Island Seafood(shrimp and fresh sea scallops)in a Green Curry Marinade, BBQ'd Hacked Coconut Chicken (much tastier than it sounds), Jicima Pineapple Cilantro Salad, Mango Salsa with spiced Taro Chips. Herbal White Sangria (a total hit!)and then... Peach and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Cones. Snacks included: candied ginger, dried banannas and beer. :)

Dinner: Autumn garden veggie enchilladas made with organic wheat tortillas and a mild cheese sauce (a spicy red chili sauce for vegan eaters), Tommy's Rice and Beans, Crisp Cabbage salad with Avocado and maple splash dressing.
