October 9, 2003 An interview with freelance writer Darby Beck. Photos by the dazzeling Robyn Twomey.I Love the look of this magazine and I am honored to be a feature in the "Steamy Dishes" section. I am told I will appear in issue #26 December-January.We had a great time taking pics in my back yard as I BBQ'd. Both ladies were amazing to work with and I felt the magic. Check back for the photos, coming soon!(10/12/03) Censored Again! I can't believe they put black bars over my nipples!! I am ginuinely suprised, I thought WYWS was more authentic. |

October 9, 2003 My first live audience TV apprearance! It all lead up to the fastest 6 minutes of my life. After spending a hour in the green room where I met "stan" the butt painter (a great guy who makes paintings with his gentitals) I was finally given the food that I would prepare (fresh spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce) As I prepped the food I could see my fan club in the audience... Thanks you guys..it made a HUGE difference that you were there! Suddenly it was time to go on, the host Martin of Unscrewed was a real fast talker, the co-host Laura took off her shirt to show some solidarity and it was over before I knew it with a spring roll shoved in my mouth and waving bye-bye. I hope you techies get to see some nipple... As it turned out, they censored the show using "fuzzies" to cover my nipples. Whatever. |

October 8, 2003 What a blast! Today VH1 All
Access hostess Rachel Perry and
I made some Lovin' from the oven. With Camera crew in tow, we shopped
at El Cerrito Natural Grocery for our fresh organic produce, then went
to my friend Molly's pad to make some some Love Packets and a Lovely salad
with all the fixin's. I had a chance to model some of Candace
Stolley's gorgeous jewelry and Rachel had an opportunity to get naked
and cook! Everyone on the crew was wicked fun to play with and the shoot
went smoothly and felt great! I hear the show should be on in a few months,
I will definately have a streaming video clip for you right here, so check
back! |

Sept. 18th, 2003 This bit was a surprise to me as I was made aware of it by a caller asking me about my service. The Guardian listed my cell phone # without even telling me that I was in this issue....The Sex Issue. "Bunnybunns.. Do not confuse this nude cooking instructor and party chef with a certain bloke on the Food Network, as she is the real deal. She'll come to your party and prepare the entire gourmet, organic menu with nary an apron and a smile." |

May 14th, 2003 I was contacted by Tribune Entertainment to be featured in a pilot for a show they are pitching to "The WB", Warner Brothers channel called "Whacked". So apparently, cooking in the nude is Whacked.... wacky maybe. The producer and the camera man (a personal friend of mine which was a total coincidence?) and his brother the sound man came to my pad for an interview which was a total blast! We worked for about 3 hrs getting shots, costume changes and all kinds of fun and interesting ideas for the viewers of the pilot, who initially would be the executives at WB. After that we took it to Whole Foods. No, I was not nude while shopping! I was filmed picking out some items for the dinner party that I would prepare later that evening... I have to say that being filmed for TV at my favorite grocier felt soooo good. That evening I cooked for 10 of my favorite people at the home of Richard & Nanda in Novato, CA. I was assisted by the lovely and talented Solar Labrie. The evening was a total hit. The food was fresh, mostly raw and very colorful. But of course! See the set list for menu details. (This show was not bought by WB and therefore is a priceless relic of subculture media. 12/20/30) |

This aired
November 15, 2002
and January 21, 2003 @7:00pm This interview took place in two steps. First on Aug.13,2002 at the same home (as The Wave interview)in Saratgoa at a Pool party organized by Kelly. I made seafood paella and salmon teriyaki. The hostess had other food as well.It was exceptionally hot that day and I was wearing a clear vinyl apron. I was afraid of literally melting. The guests were happy with the food and we got some good footage. Second, we shot at a beautifully colorful home in my hood-Oaktown belonging to one of the exec.producers of CBS. Aug.18, 2002.This was definately the better scenario of the two and we had a blast! I got the host of Evening Magazine, Mike Rowe to get naked with me and we made some killer Banana Cornmeal Peacan Pancakes and grilled Plaza Tomatoes. This show is not to be missed! What a hoot!! If you saw this and would like to see more of me on TV, please let the producers know by contacting them directly. Thanks very much!!! You can make it happen for me! |

Friday, November
15th, 2002 I was invited on the show by the producer of Evening Magazine (a fine gentleman). The main host of the Dog House, JV also has a gig on Evening Magazine. Since my piece was airing that night they brought me on to promote it. I was planning on making breakfast for them (Hawaiian Waffles from scratch w/ mango, organic pecans and real maple syrup) in the nude as I did on Alice. After mentioning Alice Radio- they tried to give me a hard time. But I wasn't having it.According to listeners, I handled it well, very well. Something in my tone must have snapped them out of their egoic, adolescent banter-- they started to ask real questions, which I was glad for. The interview was brief and I left without preparing anything for them. They said maybe next time. If they agree to be nice, I'd love to. |

Night Calls Live, on XM Radio! |
Sept.13, 2002 Getting called for this gig was such a suprise, but then I realized, I am Bunny Bunns after all... a natural fit! I went to LA and met the producer of the show, went shopping and cooked for the lovely hosts, Juli and Tiffany as well as the rest of the staff. I made an aphrodesiac menu. It rocked! Although it was radio, being nude in the studio was a blast- the hosts were able to describe me to listeners and I got to talk to some of their regulars: mostly truckers that subscribe to XM (Satelite)Radio and one 75 year old woman who absolutly loves the show. Also featured on the show was a woman who specialized in fetishes. It was awesome. They said I could stop by anytime, and I just might do that.

Featured in Vol.2
Issue 15,July 18-31,2002 in the "Foodstuffs" column titled:
A charming interview that took place one summer day in the back yard of Kelly's parent's manse in Saratoge CA. It was a great experience. We grilled corn and teriyaki chicken breasts. Although the article was quite good, I thought it made me out to be a bit nastier than I really am. I guess that is what the author thought the Wave readers would like. |
| Thank
You Alice Radio for promoting my nudity!!! On January 16, 2002 I was a guest
on the Sarah & Vinnie Show. A Bay Area favorite, morning talk radio show. Yes, there was a webcam for internet fans. I made the morning crew Eggs Benedict sans ham, with fresh spinach and chevre(goatcheese), while nude. It was a blast, and I was asked to return anytime I wanted. All Right! |
